How the strategy of using In-Ear-Monitoring (IEM) combined with Personal Monitor Mixers (PMMs) have contributed to the body of recorded music

In-Ear-Monitoring combined with Personal Monitor Mixers is a strategy designed to  contribute  towards recorded music mainly  during the production  stage. The extent to which it is beneficial depends on the size, technological experience, placement of the users, and their familiarity with one another; in addition to the budget and space available for the recording.
